Returns
Goods Faulty on Arrival:
If your goods are faulty on arrival you have 7 days to advise us.
When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified we
will issue a full credit note. Should no fault be found you will be
subject to a restocking fee as per terms and conditions of sale. The
decision has to be authorised with the management and they may
request further information to evaluate the source of fault as this may be the
result of customers faulty equipment etc rather than the product itself etc.
Goods Damaged in Transit:
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it
to us the same day. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt please
sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods are
received back into our warehouse, we will repair or issue a credit note at our
sole discretion.
Goods Faulty in Warranty Period:
If your goods develop a fault within the warranty period, but it's more than
28 days since receipt, you are entitled to a 'warranty repair'. Please refer
to “Goods Faulty on Arrival” for our terms. For warranty repairs,
we can try to arrange for the relevant engineer to correct the fault. The
more accurate you can be with the fault description the quicker can we resolve
it for you.
